If you wish to close your account and permanently remove your personal information from our system, you can submit a request below. This page is available to all users, including those who have already uninstalled the app from their device.

Important Notice: Deletion is permanent. Once processed, you will lose access to your profile, historical records, logs, and any saved preferences. This action cannot be undone.

What data will be removed?

Upon verifying your identity, we will permanently purge the following from our secure servers:

• Your account profile credentials (name, email, password hashes).
• All parenting logs, milestone data, and entry history.
• Any stored device tokens or marketing preferences.

Processing timeframe

We process all data erasure requests within 7 business days. You will receive a final confirmation email at your registered address once the deletion sequence is completely finished.
